The house for up to six adults has off road parking and is situated in a select area of Tankerton-on-Sea, Whitstable, Kent in the UK.
Accommodation is arranged over two floors. Entrance via a porch opening to the hall, leading to kitchen, lounge and dining room. There is a digital colour TV and DVD, a radio, and a wide selection of books & games. French doors open onto a private patio and garden lawn with fruit trees; apples, pears and plums being available to pick in season.
The Kitchen has an electric cooker with halogen hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and automatic washing machine.
The lobby to the back door leads to a second WC.
Upstairs are three good-sized bedrooms comprising 2 double and one twin, also Bathroom with WC, basin, bath and separate walk-in shower.
Hot water, gas central heating, bed linen and towels are included in the rent. There is a travel cot and high chair available at no extra cost.
The no-smoking house is fitted with smoke and fire detectors throughout.
